15. Refund Policy (Digital Payments)
A) Double EMI Deduction: Report within 2 days to customer.service@teamvedika.com. Eligible cases resolved within 3 working days; refund within 7 days; credit may take up to 10 days.
B) Payment Failure: If amount is debited but not received by Vedika, bank/payment gateway may auto-refund. Contact Vedika support for tracking. Refunds are validated as per policy and RBI guidelines.
16. Changes to Terms
Vedika may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will apply from posting date.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction. Arbitration, if applicable, follows the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
